Terrestrial miniature globe
Terrestrial miniature globe. Geographical details on the sphere are the same as Klinger GLB0017. There are simple outlines of the continents on the sphere. Tasmania is drawn as an island and in the south polar region there is the label 'Wilkes Land'. A total of five oceans are named. Globes measuring 58 mm and 100 mm with the same type of mounting have also been recorded. For full related publication.
