The monsoons and trade winds are depicted by arrows. California is drawn as a peninsula. Australia is drawn according to the Dutch discoveries but the label 'New Zeland' is allocated to Tasmania. New Zealand itself is absent. The explorations of Dampier are included and the tracks of the explorer George Anson are shown. There are labels around both poles. A total of 4 oceans are named.
