Writing case

Writing case. A walnut box, brass-mounted and lined in red leather with fitted compartments for bottles (glass with gilt lids) and instruments, brushes, scissors etc. In the central panel a paperknife, ruler etc., and in the bottom section a pair of boot hooks. Several of contents missing. The lid contains a pocket and matching mirror.
