Seal
Silver desk seal with an ivory handle. The seal is decorated with a depiction of the arms of Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805) in use between 1798-1801, and a baron's coronet. It is said that Nelson used the seal at the Battle of Copenhagen on 2 April 1801. See also JEW0396 for the wax seal impressions made by this seal.
