Naval reward medal. Obverse: Short bust of Gustavus III with long hair (right). Legend: 'GUSTAF III SVERIGES KONUNG.' (Gustavus III, King of Sweden.) Reverse: Within a wreath of laurel adorned with antique prows. Inscription: 'FÖR TAPPERHET TILL SIÖS.' (For bravery at sea.) Fitted with a loop and ring.
