New Zealand War Medal 1860-6

Obverse: Short bust of Queen Victoria in a diadem and veil (L)) Legend: "VICTORIA D:G:BRITT:REG:F:D:" Reverse: inscription within a laurel wreath tied with a bow "1863-1864". Legend: "NEW ZEALAND" "VIRTUTIS HONOR". Suspended from a bar with leaf decoration and dark blue ribbon with a central scarlet stripe. [This medal was issued after the second New Zealand War 1860-66]. Inscription on edge: "G.BRADING LG.SEAMN., H.M.S. ESK".
