Items obtained from the 'Boothian Esquimaux' near the Magnetic Pole

A first box containing items obtained from the 'Boothian Esquimaux' near the magnetic pole. This consists of six spoons and two forks bearing the crest of Sir John Franklin, the head of a fish surrounded with laurel stems, silver belonging to Lieutenants Fairholme and H. De Vesconte, A Macdonald (Assistant Surgeon), and Lieutenant E. Couch, five buttons, a piece of a gold chain, a broken piece of silver gilt ornamental work, a handle of a desert knife (by Milikin, Strand), and a model of a sledge.
