Career of Captain Gerald H. Warner, RN, DSC

A brown cloth and card album relating to the career of Captain G. H. Warner when in command of the cruiser HMS Hawkins (1917) on a Far East Tour. The album contains the following themes and subjects:

Ships: HMS Hawkins (1917)

Topographical locations: Malta, Persian Gulf - Khassab, Kuwait, Abadan, Ceylon -Kandi, Colombo, Trincomalee, Malaysia - Penang.

Activities: polo, crossing the line, dhows being built, picnics on beaches, group photo of hockey team.

There is also a series of 13 loose photographs relating to G. H. W.'s cat.
