Portrait medallion
Blue jasper portrait medallion depicting Admiral of the Fleet, Lord Richard Howe (1726-1799). He is shown in profile, in uniform facing to the left. The medallion was modelled by John De Vaere in 1798. The back of the plaque is covered with paper.
