In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

You are directed to attend a meeting at 5 o'clock in the evening and to report to their Lordships what advice you have received from the Victualing Commissioners about the distribution of provisions at Chester for the army going to Ireland. They also direct that you should hasten to the Nore all such victualing ships going with the fleet that they may join the convoy ordered. Their Lordships have considered your report of 13 August and direct that you take off the "Run" for Kidwell and the stop put on his wages for a quarter's service at Chatham and pay him £7.14.0 for his service.
