Patch box
Oval patch box with a mirror inside the lid, commemorating the battle of Camperdown, 1797. The surface is enamelled with a white base, pink sides, the lid white with a black inscription within a pink border with white dots. The lid is inscribed: 'Glorious 11th Octr English Valour Triumphant and Dutch Perfidy Defeated'.
