HMS Emerald (1856); Warship; 51 guns

Scale: 1:24. Model depicting the elliptical stern of HMS Emerald (1856) made entirely of wood with metal fittings and painted in realistic colours. The hull is painted black with a broad white stripe aloPagng the gundeck. Two gunports are shown on the gundeck together with three stern chasers and a total of eight gunports on the poop deck. All gunports are shown open without lids, their inner faces painted red. Both stern quarter galleries have four nine light windows, one on each side being shown partly open. Two nine light windows are shown on the stern gallery, beneath them is written "Emerald". Flush with the deck section are two channels, each with five deadeyes.
