Button, Royal Naval uniform: pattern pre-1891

Five buttons sighted in August 2015. (Six buttons). Smooth edge. Within a raised circular border on a lined background is a pre-1901 crown above a fouled anchor with the rope tied to the ring at the top, then goes under the right-hand side of the stock, goes over the shank to the left and then under the shank to the right and finishes under the right arm. Chief Petty Officer?
