Open Waves is a unique, free wellbeing session series for participants aged 25-45 from African Caribbean communities. These sessions ran on Saturday 5 April and Saturday 10 May 2025.
Participants engaged with a variety of objects that aren't on display and responded to them through collective music-making practices, all while focusing on wellbeing.
These sessions offered an introduction to both traditional and contemporary music-making methods, creating a welcoming space for adults to connect, learn, and nurture their creative side.
Co-produced by Everyone's A Singer CIC and Royal Museums Greenwich, 'Open Waves' invites you to experience collective music practices led by Jasmine Kahlia, a talented audiovisual artist renowned for her creative contributions to the UK arts sector.
