Annual Reports, loose, kept in a folder with a note: 'The following reports are missing from this file: years 1876 to 1882, 1887, 1891 to 1898'. Each report is around 4 to 6 pages long. Some contain a fleet list, most contain a balance sheet, and signed by a member of company staff (Secretary, Chairman, Director) at Vincent Place, Glasgow. The reports become longer and more detailed in the 1930s, containing minutes from annual general meetings.
