Warrior (1860)

Scale 1:192. Plan show the outboard profile, plan view, field of fire and designer notes for a proposed armoured tower with two guns to fit to the Warrior class broadside ironclad Warrior (1860). A Controller of the Navy stamp, dated 9 November 1863 is printed on the plan. The drawing bears the signature of Captain Arthur Cochrane [Captain of HMS Warrior 1863-1864]. A small piece of the right hand edge of the drawing is missing. The words "Capt Cochrane: Plan of fitting & tower" are written on the reverse.
