Vulcan (1849)
Scale 1:96. Plan shows the stowage plan for the water and ballast for the troopship Vulcan (1849). The plan bears the signature of John Penn [Master Commanding of Vulcan} and C. Grigg [Acting Master of Vulcan] dated 1st March. The words "22 February 1851- Vulcan Steam Troop Ship- Stowage of Water and Ballast" are written on the reverse of the drawing.
