Scale 1:48 tracing drawing giving the outline General Arrangement Plans of the Forecastle and Upper Decks for the Bittern class convoy sloops. Ship as originally designed with 4 x 4.7" guns.
See NPN3275 for a print stamped by the Principal (Ship) Overseer at Denny Bros Ltd, Dumbarton, 20 June 1935. The first of class was built by John Brown. This tracing (but not the print) was signed (but not dated) by Sir Arthur Johns [Director of naval Construction 1930-1936] (and notes added).
