HMS Ajax (1934)

Scale 1:96. Plan shows the upper deck, as fitted, of the Leander class light cruiser Ajax (1934). The plan shows annotations in pencil and alterations in green ink made at Chatham Dockyard dated July 1940. An Armstrong Whitworth stamp, dated 8 June 1934 is present on the left hand side of the plan. A second Armstong Whitworth stamp, bearing the signature of the Admiralty Overseer, dated 5 July 1935 is also printed on the drawing. The green ink on the plan is faded in various places. The plan is number 3 of a set of 8.
