Arethusa (1849)
Scale 1:48. Plan shows the upper deck, as fitted for the Arethusa (1849), a 50 gun fourth rate ship of the line, converted to a steam frigate in 1860. The drawing is signed by W. Moody [Master Shipwright at Sheerness Dockyard 1862-1866]. There is a Controller of the Navy stamp, dated 19 April 1864 on the drawing. The plan shows corrections in red ink made at Sheerness Dockyard dated 1 December 1865.
