This plan supersedes the cancelled Portsmouth Dockyard superstructure drawing (NPB6076). A Chatham Dockyard Constructive Department Drawing Office stamp, dated 26 August 1941 is printed on the plan. This drawing is noted Sheet 1 of 4. The edges of the plan are creased and frayed. There are annotations in pencil on the drawing.
