Box commemorating Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805). An oval silver box, the embossed lid with a portrait in relief of Nelson facing left. Inscribed around the portrait: 'THE GALLANT . NELSON . DIED . OCT . 21 1805. TRAFALGAR.' The bottom of the box is hallmarked.
