Afternoon Frequencies is an electronic music series at the Queen’s House.
For the second concert in the series, Trinity Laban Synth Club takes over the Great Hall, pairing the old with the electronic.
The ensemble is a modular synth collective of conservatoire students who meet weekly to explore analogue synthesisers, often vintage synthesizers from the 1960s and 70s. The group wears its student identity proudly, with experimentation and learning at the core of their practice.
For this performance, the ensemble draws inspiration from Greenwich Park, visible from the Queen's House and just across the road from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Dance and Music.
