Unammed 280ft proposed sea going turret ship (1867)

Scale 1:48. Plan shows the sheer lines, body plan and longitudinal half breadth design drawing for a unammed 280ft sea going turret ship (1867). A scroll cartouche decoration is present on the bow. The plan bears the signature of Sir Edward James Reed [Chief Constructor 1863-1870}]. The title of the plan is "Design for a Sea Going Turret ship of 3774 Tons and 800 N. H. Power". There are small tears along the edge of the drawing.
