Scale 1:192. Plan shows a outboard profile, illustrating the sail plan and a plan view, illustrating the field of fire design drawing for a unnamed 280ft sea going turret ship (1867). The plan bears the signature of Sir Edward James Reed [Chief Constructor 1863-1870]. The title of the plan is "Design for a Sea Going Turret ship of 3774 Tons and 800 N. H. Power". There is a large tear along the bottom edge of the drawing. Written on the reverse of the plan are the words "Admiralty Design for a Turret Ship of 3774 Tons- Picture Drawing"
