The watch has a silvered dial, signed, with Arabic numerals and steel spade and poker hands, and a centre seconds indication with a steel hand. It is contained in a silver open-face case, with the back marked ‘H.S.^2 / 54847’. The watch is housed under screw-down glass in a brass canister in a wooden deck box.
