Ajax (1880)
Scale 1:24. Plan shows a partial profile and plan view of the Ajax class ironclad battleship Ajax (1880). These proposed additions to the stern of the vessel to imrpove steering. This drawing bears the signature of E. C. Warren [Chief Constructor at Pembroke Dockyard 1879-1883]. A note on the plan states "Approved to be fitted in green at Chatham, ship to go there on 18 March 1885 to be fitted before the summer cruise".
