In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

You are directed to have the wages due to the officers and company of the LIVELY, which was taken by the French, paid to them and their relations, or attorney empowered to receive the same. Also you are to make an allowance to them for the loss of clothes as in like cases during the two last Dutch wars. You are also directed to have the GUARDLAND now in the Downes, to be supplied from Dover with victuals to complete what she has on board to 3 months.
