Mr George Pullen, late 2nd Lieutenant of the SUFFOLK, is appointed 2nd Lieutenant of the DUNKIRKE going to the West Indies. You are directed to pay the wages due to him for his service in the SUFFOLK, if there is no objection other than the want of his journal and his Captain's certificate of having performed his instructions, the SUFFOLK having gone to the Straits while Mr Pullen was a prisoner in France.
