Letter to Dyson from the Admiralty about his appointment as Astronomer Royal, 21 September 1910. Extract from the official log-book of the ASCANIUS certifying the death of passenger Frank W. Dyson of paraplegia and cardiac syncope, and his burial at sea the same day, 25 May 1939. The extract is date stamped 19 July 1948.
