Plan shows No. 1 [forecastle] No. 2 [main], No. 3 [lower] and No. 4 [hold] decks, illustrating the incident board for the Type 15 anti submarine frigate Undaunted (1943).This panel would be on the wall and would light up if an incident (such as fire, flooding or a injury) was reported in a specific location on board.
