'Warrior' (1860)
No scale. A plan showing the arrangement of armour plates on both the port and starboard sides of the armoured 'citadel' for the broadside ironclad 'Warrior' (1860). The plates shaded in grey represent armour installed at the time of the plan's drafting.
The plan is signed 'John Ford', but this name does not appear in any of the appropriate sections of the Navy List for that period. It is possible that he was a representative of Ditchburn & Mare of Blackwall.
