'Warrior' (1860)

Scale 1:96. A plan showing the hold of the broadside ironclad 'Warrior' (1860). The plan includes sections through the fore and aft handing rooms, fore and aft magazines, the shell room, and forward end of the boiler room.

The details shown on the drawing reflect at least three periods of alteration. As originally drafted, the plan shows the ship on completion of her late 1867 refit. The 1871 alterations are in violet ink, and mainly relate to alterations made to the magazines. The alterations of 1875 are in green ink, and likewise show rearrangements of the magazine and ammunition stowage.
