Something exciting is coming!

The Royal Observatory Greenwich is embarking on a landmark capital project to transform the Royal Observatory and make science and astronomy accessible to all.  As part of this upcoming site regeneration project, our brilliant Astronomy Education team will be working on an exciting refresh of our schools offer.

In preparation for launching our new programme, there will be no schools offer from September – December 2025. We will be back to deliver our space-tastic school activities in our temporary home at the National Maritime Museum in January 2026, with bookings opening in October 2025.

If you are interested in visiting the Royal Observatory for self-guided visit only, you can enquire about this via our Enquiry Form.
