Join Ruby for a gentle maritime-inspired yoga session for parents, carers and babies under 1 year old.

This baby yoga session includes supportive movements, with babies held, worn, or settled close, followed by a sensory sea-themed relaxation inspired by the maritime world.

Designed to support postnatal wellbeing, connection and moments of calm for both you and your baby. No previous yoga experience is needed. Movements are adaptable, and babies are welcome to feed, rest, move or explore as they wish.

A great opportunity to pause, move and connect in a unique maritime setting inspired by the sea.

Please note: These sessions require 1:1 adult and child ratios.
