This drawing was drafted during the vessel's 1967/70 refit and depicts the incident board for H.Q.1 and H.Q.2. [Damage Control Headquarters] on the vessel. The board would be lit up on the wall with different lights indicating which areas are active and which are inactive due to damage. This plan is noted as Sheet 2 of 7.
