From the event organiser

If you’re looking for a blend of community, creativity, and self-care, then the Finding Harmony Wellness Day is for you. Connect with like-minded individuals, learn to express your emotions through  music, and access valuable resources. Join us, as we uplift each other through song and continue Finding Harmony together.

This event is absolutely FREE and no prior musical experience is required. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot as soon as possible. We can't wait to sing, learn, and grow with you in the “Finding Harmony Wellness Day” workshops.

This event will be held in the Lecture Theatre at the National Maritime Museum. Places are limited so make sure to book your free ticket.
