Ahoy shipmates! Give your kid a birthday party to remember at the National Maritime Museum.

Make your child's special day a really memorable one by hosting their birthday party in the AHOY! Children's Gallery. Book, and you can enjoy the whole space exclusively for your party, alongside a reserved space on the Ocean Map for party food and drinks.

If you are interested, please contact us via the online enquiry form as early as possible, as we have limited capacity and these parties are super popular!

Our party packages

Morning party package: 10am-1pm

  • 10am: arrival

Afternoon party package: 2pm-5pm  

  • 2pm: arrival
  • 2.15pm-3pm: AHOY! session
  • 3pm-5pm: Ocean Map picnic area reservation 

How much does it cost?

£510 for a 45-minute exclusive slot in the AHOY! gallery and two hours in a reserved space on the Ocean Map picnic area.

You will have a dedicated Birthday Host to look after you on the day. We will also offer a site visit beforehand to go through any questions you may have and ensure the day runs smoothly.

I had my child's 5th birthday party at the Maritime Museum. Every part of the party went so well. The team onsite helping with the party set up and clean up were amazing, proactive and super super helpful and efficient! Also the team helping with planning and logistics was great and very organised. Benugo were also on time and super on it and the quality of the food was great. The pirate was also a hit and kept the kids engaged and happy! Overall excellent service throughout! Would recommend in a heartbeat!
