TOA Haka Workshops

The Haka has a long history of performance in the Pacific. It is performed as a group and is a display of unity, pride and strength. Come and watch a Haka performance by TOA Haka Workshops before learning a few moves yourself.

Join local yoga teacher Iris to learn some basic Yoga moves to help improve your physical and mental wellbeing as a family. Come as you are! No need for fancy clothes or equipment - just take of your shoes and socks and you’re good to go!
Iris will also be running a session at 11:00am specifically for those with special educational needs and disabilities. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve a space. There will also be a session at 2.30pm for adults over 60 years, no reservation needed.
