United States; Passenger vessel; Liner

Scale: Unknown. A model of the United States made entirely of wood with metal fittings partly painted in realistic colours with painted and drawn fittings and details. The hull is painted black with narrow red and white stripes at the waterline, white upperworks and superstructure. The decks are unpainted. The foredeck fittings include a large wave deflector and two derricks. The superstructure includes a long promenade deck, twenty-four boats stowed on davits, bridge and bridge wings, a large radar mast painted yellow and two funnels painted red with white bands and blue tops. Vessel details are inscribed on the underside of the model.
