H.M.Y. Britannia; Royal/ceremonial vessel; Yacht, Royal

Scale: Unknown. A model of the Royal Yacht Britannia made entirely of wood with metal fittings partly painted in realistic colours with painted and drawn fittings and details. The hull is painted dark blue with brick red at the waterline and a narrow yellow stripe running the entire length of the hull. The decks are all unpainted. The superstructure is painted white and the six ships' boats have dark blue hulls. Fittings include three masts and a single funnel painted yellow with a black top. Vessel details are inscribed on the underside of the model.
