Kongo; Passenger vessel

Scale: Unknown. A miniature waterline model of the passenger vessel Kongo made entirely in wood and painted in realistic colours. The model depicts a large passenger vessel with a cruiser stern. The hull is black with white upperworks and bulwarks. The long foredeck accommodates a derrick mast and derricks, painted ochre. The superstructure features include two promenade decks, ten lifeboats stowed on davits, bridge, mainmast, two derricks and two funnels, painted ochre with black tops. There is a shelter deck at the stern and an ensign mast.
