Royal Museums Greenwich is a versatile portfolio of historic, luxury venues in London, inclusive of Cutty Sark, the National Maritime Museum, Queen's House, Royal Observatory Greenwich and the Peter Harrison Planetarium, as well as our outdoor Grounds. RMG's venue portfolio offers unique event spaces for weddings and private celebrations; corporate receptions and gala dinners; experiential product launches and brand activations; and meetings and conferences.

Our museum and gallery event spaces have pioneering architecture, an extensive national collection of iconic art and history, and themes of scientific discovery and explorations. Our venues are capable of hosting intimate civil ceremonies for 10 people, large scale gala and awards dinners for up to 550 people, or multi venue events that utilise the diverse portfolio. Our facilities are both AIM accredited and multi-award winning, providing our clients with the confidence that their event will be of the highest luxury standard. Our venues operate sustainably, having adopted the Greening Government Commitments as our internal targets for sustainability, which will set us on track to be Net Zero ahead of 2050, and all money generated from our events is reinvested into our charity missions.

Our venues are located in Zone 2, within the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Maritime Greenwich, and we are a ten minute train journey from Canary Wharf and London Bridge, with excellent connections to DLR, mainline rail and riverboat services. We offer a dry hire pricing structure, as well as some complete packages for events like meetings and intimate weddings.

National Maritime Museum | Venue Hire

The National Maritime Museum is the largest venue in the Royal Museums Greenwich portfolio with a capacity of up to 1000 for standing events and 550 for gala or awards dinners or wedding receptions.

Cutty Sark | Venue Hire

Cutty Sark, the most versatile and distinct of the Royal Museums Greenwich venue portfolio, is an iconic, unique and luxury event venue for a range of events up to 400 people.

Peter Harrison Planetarium | Venue Hire

The Peter Harrison Planetarium is the most immersive event venue in Royal Museums' Greenwich portfolio, suitable for experiences, award ceremonies and receptions for up to 130 guests.
