Warship; 74 guns

Scale: Unknown. A model of a Spanish warship made in plaster with wood, metal, paper, and cotton fittings which has been realistically painted. The model depicts the vessel at 1.40pm on 21st October 1805 at the height of the Battle of Trafalgar. The ship is three masted, ship rigged and with set sails. The hull is painted black with yellow stripes along the two gun decks. The decks are painted white with black deck fittings. Dark grey smoke is billowing from the gun ports on the starboard side. There is a Spanish flag flying from the peak of the gaff and there is a second Spanish flag lying on the poop deck.
