A purpose-made box containing 108 albumen prints mounted on card. Each card bearing the stamp of the London Stereoscopic & Photographic Company, and annotated in pencil. Album relates to the British Polar Expedition of HMS Discovery and HMS Alert under Captain George Nares, 1875-1876.

Album catalogued to image level (ALB1093.1-ALB1093.107).
